Hello and welcome to another addition of #BATBMASKMAY! Tori here and today I'm bringing you a mask from a brand that I've grown to love. I first found out about them when I saw their items in the baby section. I just knew it would be the perfect body wash and lotion for my son as soon as I started reading the label. I found out after using those two items that they had a whole line of different products, including this one, and I knew I just HAD to try it out! What I love most about this brand and their products is they don't contain sulfates, parabens, phthalates, propylene glycol, mineral oil, and last but definitely not least, don't animal test! When looking for a hair product, or any really product you use on yourself, it's good to steer clear of those types of things in them. Now onto the review:

Things to know:

Avoid using heat styling tools as much as possible

• Whenever having to use these products, use the lower heat setting, along with putting a heat protectant on your hair beforehand, so that way it'll help not causing as much damage from styling.

Biotin

• Biotin not only is great for hair, but it also helps with nails and skin too!
• My personal experience with biotin was a great one. I used to take the 10,000 mcgs once daily for about a year, and I 100% feel that it helped out immensely.

Caffeine infused shampoo/conditioner

•  Here recently I've discovered that caffeine can actually stimulate hair growth. Using these products adds active caffeine to hair follicle. It then penetrates and strengthens the weakened hair roots preventing hair loss.

Deep conditioning oil hair masks

• There are so many benefits from hair masks, I kid you not! Coconut, almond, argan, olive, jojoba, castor, along with essential oils like rosemary and teatree are the most common ones people use. They fill the strands up with fatty acids. After keeping them on your hair for a bit, then washing them out, helps seal them inside the hair. If your hair is dry/damaged, I would definitely recommend trying any of these oils, because I can promise you they will help out with restoring health and moisture back in your hair!
• My personal experience with hair masks are lovely, because my hair is so shiny and soft afterwards. I used to do a mix of coconut, castor, and rosemary oil, which not only smelled amazing in my hair, it really did help with the overall health. I now only use coconut oil because my hair's exceeded the point of growing that I wanted it to get to originally. I usually only do that treatment once every other week, keeping it in my hair for a good 4-5 hours In my personal opinion, I feel like the longer it's in my hair, the better! After the time's passed and I wash it out, it feels so soft and smooth and way healthier than it did before!

Drinking water

• Not only is drinking water good for your overall health, it really does help out your hair, by hydrating it. Where it helps regulate the circulatory system, that feeds the hair follicle and stimulates hair growth.

Rinsing hair in cool water

• After shampooing and conditioning, take a few seconds to just run your hair through some cooler water. This helps seal the cuticle, along with reduces frizz and heat damage.

Refrain from stress, smoking and bad eating habits

• The best way to get healthy hair is from the inside out! All of these things can cause your hair to become dull, along with having more breakage.

Trimming split ends between 6-8 weeks

• A lot of people think this is counterproductive, but it's quite the opposite. Trimming the ends stops the strands from splitting more, as well as helping stop some of the fallout that occurs from not getting a regular trim.

Using the right products

• Any kind of shampoo containing sulfate can strip your hair of natural oils then leave it susceptible to damage. 
• Any kind of conditioners containing silicone will coat the hair with chemicals and will need to be washed out with a stronger shampoo.
